Parenting
Hi Everyone!
I hope your week was awesome!!
I just have a really short message this week about parenting!
I am so proud that I know when following in my father's footsteps I don´t need to be careful! He is the best example of persistence, hard work, and selflessness. I love my parents so much and am grateful for what they have taught me and how I have been able to apply those teachings throughout my life!
Everyone this week be especially nice to your parents and thank them for helping you get where you are!

This week we were in a little tienda and they had a poster up of a little conversation between a father and a son. The father told the son to be careful where he walks and the little boy responded to his father by saying he should be more careful because he is trying to step into his dad's footprints.

Love you all!!

IN OTHER ELDER CLANCY NEWS:
1.) He got really sick this last week. :( Thankfully he was surrounded by super kind elders who let him rest and helped him along the way. By Monday afternoon he said he felt fine and was headed back to missionary work. As his companion said, "Now he's a "REAL" missionary."
2.) Connor and his Comp started up a sports night and it was VERY successful!! They had a lot of people come out and they will def do it again!

3.) Connor was missing some of his fav American foods so he asked for a few recipes. Biggest challenge is finding ingredients but this one was pretty basic.
Sweet and kind Miss Shrylay made these cookies for him!! YUM!!
4.) Connor's companion, Elder Clobes, told about their experience of eating Cow lung. It's called Chanfainita. That's a new one for me. Connor made NO mention of it so I'm not sure that he tried it, but it got me thinking....would he try it?
