WEEK 36 - Changes on the HORIZON...like tomorrow!!!
Transfer timeee!! I will be leaving Puno tomorrow morning at 8 am and will be headed to a tiny village outside of Cusco called Urcos!! I will be companions with Elder Jimenez from Lima! I'm super excited for what's next and very grateful for the time I had to serve in Puno! I will really miss it, but I think I was getting too comfortable in the area ;)
I would not change these mission experiences for anything!! I am so happy and grateful to be out here!
Something that struck me super hard today was a message from President Nelson in yesterdays General Conference. He said "God has so much more he wants you to know."
This is now so special to me mostly because of the question "Why?" We always ask that question but as we know God's thoughts are waaaaay higher than ours!! He knows why...and he wants you to know as well!
SO...go figure it out. Whether that's through prayer, being nice to someone even if you've heard unkind things, different assignments or callings you may have, different trials...just go figure out why...God wants to tell ya!!

I'm going to Urcos!!!
Yep!! I am headed to Cusco area!! Its a little village called Urcos!! My new companion will be Elder Jimenez from Lima. I'll be in the same zone as Elder Clobes, Elder Cromwell, and Elder Ordoñez! Im super excited about that!! But I will miss the friends and companions I have made here. And no one is like Mama Shrylay - she is the best!
Conference was awesome!! I really enjoyed the talk about being a child of God and the biggest thing that hit me is when President Nelson said ´´there is so much God wants you to know´´ and I think that has a lot to do with the change!
We watched Conference at our family history center in English!

Martes - On Tuesday we had District meetings in the morning with Elder Jensen and we played Jeopardy again! Super fun
In the afternoon we had a cita planned with Nilton but he didn't come so we ended up teaching English to a less active member
Then we had correlation.
Miercoles - We worked out Wednesday morning!! Got in shape!
In the afternoon we had a cita with Gustavo and he wanted us to baptize him Saturday! We thought it would be better to wait a week or so! But he is super ready!
At night we had a cita with Hermana Rosario and we taught the Restoration and it went great!
Jueves - My birthdayyyyyyy
I went to Hermana Shyrlays in the morning and saw the video that yall made! It was awesome!

We taught Gustavo in the morning and then went to eat at noon with Hermana Shyrlay
At 2 we had a baptism.

Then at night Hermana Shyrlay threw me a party! Super fun!
Elder Jensen and Elder Tiza stayed the night at our house and we played some uno before bed hahaha.
Viernes - In the morning we had interviews with our Zone Leaders. They're really trying to do their best!
We used hermana shyrlays phone to call Elder Durons MTC comp and tell him happy birthday! Super fun!
We took a foot pedal bike and it was dopeeee
We ate hamburgers with Elder Letham and Elder Moscuzza
Then at night we taught Rosario and put a baptismal date for her in April!!
Sabado - In the morning we taught a new investigator named Pamela. Shes 16 and contacted us and then she stayed for conference and came back for the second session!! Super cool!!
Big changes in priesthood but I like the focus!
Domingo - We taught Pamela in the morning again and had conference the whole day but at night we had a little cita with Carlos!! Super special to talk to him.
Week was great!!
